Wish I could give more stars. I do not usually provide Google feedback; though here Rennovate team deserves accolade for excellent work at my new flat from Lodha builders at Thane.
I found them online (youtube videos) and everything since then went superbly. Currently, I do not live in Mumbai, so I had to manage all communications, design signoff online and their USP was full ownership and autonomous execution without any audits; they also kept me posted with actual videos of site progress & all design choices (e.g. colors, material etc). Despite covid restrictions, they followed all protocols and processes implemented by Lodha and completed project week before planned timeline.
